For the fumigation of
containers, these must be conditioned before the load, sealing their
respective ventilations and putting special “kits” for
that.
When the loading is done, the different fumigants are applied inside
the containers, closing the doors in the moment of the customs’
consolidation.
These treatments can be carried out with Metile Bromide or Phosphine
(Degesch Plates®), according to the selected requirements. It’s
not recommended to use loose tablets, or inappropriate packaging,
as serious accidents can occur.
Fugran recommends, for this kind of treatments, using exclusively
Degesch Plates®.
